This is a truly excellent building set. The details are amazing; it really feels like a lot of the natural history museums I’ve been to. I love the dinosaur exhibit and the gem mineral exhibit. I had so much fun putting the exhibits together. There were plenty of extra pieces, which was really helpful, and the instruction book includes some information about the design process. I am so happy I bought this to work on with my partner; it really made us feel like we were museum curators for a little bit.
I have said it in other reviews but it bears repeating: Nifeliz makes incredible sets. This one, of a museum, is incredible. It was slightly challenging to put together, particularly the outside as you assemble large sections that are then pressed to the sides. But it never got frustrating. The bags are organized in a way to make it easy to do just a bit at a time. And they never have stickers to apply. Any piece that in other sets would have a sticker is instead already printed with the design on the brick. Great set and my son loves having it decorating his dresser.
Very, very cool build. The museum is a really nicely designed and really fun to put together. Inside and out there are fun elements and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design. It makes a great addition to my other architectural sets. There were no missing pieces and a few extra pieces as is customary. They even provided several small foldable cardboard boxes for storing pieces as you build. I liked that not only were the parts packages numbered, but they were also sub-labelled with which steps in the instructions each packaged covered. That was a nice touch. The instruction manual was a monster – 230+ pages – with bright pictures and easy to follow instructions. The pieces all fit snugly and there were no typos in the instructions.
